Likert developed a procedure for measuring stats by scale in response to the difficulty of measuring character and personality traits (Boone and Boone, 2012; Joshi et al., 2015).
Data collection was performed via the electronic questionnaire in Google forms. The authors used e-mail addresses to send out questionnaires to respondents in the service sector in the Republic of Serbia. Altogether 2000 questionnaires were sent in March 2022. By the end of the data collections, i.e. May 2022, they received 811 questionnaires filled in. After an elaborate data cleaning procedure and the validation of the database, a total of 764 valid questionnaires were accepted for further analysis of the validity of the data and hypotheses testing. The rate of response was 38.2%. | SmartPLS | PLS-SEM | 764 | Ada | Tidak | Ada | https://doi.org/10.1108/ER-05-2023-0270 | Ya | Q1 | https://www.scimagojr.com/journalsearch.php?q=144738&tip=sid&clean=0 | Ya | https://www.emerald.com/insight/content/doi/10.1108/ER-05-2023-0270/full/html | Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management |
